Aqua 2.0 is not a traditional aqua class. We use various equipment like kick boards, aqua gloves, dumbbells, Frisbees, bands, noodles, and the pool wall to get the heart pumping and tone your muscles. If you're ready for a unique workout and love water, this class is for you!
