Join us and other members to help you with your fitness journey! It doesn't matter if you are starting your fitness journey or a workout junkie, the challenges can be modified for your fitness level.  You and your friends will have a new monthly challenge each month.  When you register for the Monthly Fitness Challenge you will:
  • Receive email workouts and reminders according to the challenge
  • Be invited to join our Fitness Challenge Facebook Group to ask questions and for support from other challengers.
  • Be entered for the Monthly Fitness Challenge Prize Drawing
No Whine Valentine - February is the month to get together and help each other get fit!  Sign up with your friend or significant other to keep each other motivated through the month and get entries to weekly drawings!  Once you register, post pictures on our Monthly Challenge Facebook group of your workouts together.  The more pictures of different workouts throughout the week, the more entries to win! Join the fun, let's all get fit, and don't let your partner whine!

Jump Start January - January marks the beginning of a new year, and with it, an opportunity to create new habits. Welcome to Jump Start January, where we will provide a 1-month fitness plan to help jump-start your 2025 fitness journey. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro looking for variety, this is perfect for anyone looking to prioritize fitness in 2025. You will receive your  30-minute workout and modifications via email daily, so you can get your "fitness on" during the best time for you.  The only equipment needed would be a mat and a sturdy chair.  So register now and Jump Start your January!
