Aqua 2.0 Sundays - Aqua 2.0 - May (Sundays)
Aqua 2.0 is not a traditional aqua class. We use a variety of equipment like kickboards, aqua gloves, dumbbells, Frisbees, bands, noodles, and the pool wall to get the heart pumping and tone your muscles.
