Refund Policy


Once a program begins, it is not our policy to refund enrollment fees. If an instructor becomes ill and the program must be cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will be made. If we cancel a program, refunds will be subject to approval from the Business Services Director and are subject to State Board of Accounts claim procedures. Check refunds make take up to 6 weeks for approval and processing. We do not give refunds based on weather conditions for outdoor activities, events or facilities. There are no refunds for memberships.
