Is there electricity?
There is limited electricity available.
How many people will it hold?
You can arrange approximately 40 chairs on the deck extension and many more can be arranged on the grass around the gazebo. We have had up to 250 for a wedding at the gazebo.
Can we decorate and when?
Yes, you can decorate. You have the facility from sun up to sun down so you can decorate any time you wish that day. Any flower petals on the ground must be real petals.
Do you provide the chairs?
No we do not provide the chairs. There are several different rental businesses in the area that you can rent them from.
Do you provide tables (ex: for unity candle)?
No, but you can bring those things in and remove them after your ceremony.
Do you provide the officiant for the ceremony?
No.
Is it handicapped accessible?
There is a circle drive where you can pull up right in front of the gazebo.
Do I get a refund if it rains?
We do not issue refunds on our rentals. If it rains and you have Beeson Hall or the Theater rented for your reception, we can open that facility up earlier so that you can hold your ceremony inside.
Do you require a deposit?
We do not require a deposit but you must pay the full amount of the rental at the time you make your reservation.
