FAQ's

Can I rent this facility per hour?
No. This facility is rented Monday-Friday from 5-10pm or Saturday/Sunday from 10am-10pm.

How do I get in the building?
After you book your reservation, you will receive an email notification for your rental code to access the building. The keypad is located on the West side of the building. Your access code will not work past 10pm.

Do I get access to the whole building when I rent it?
No. You only get access to the event room when you rent the building.

Is alcohol allowed at this facility?
No. Alcohol is NOT allowed at the Active Adult Center.

How many people will the facility hold?
Approximately 100 people. There are tables and chairs for 100 in the building.

Do I clean up after my event?
We ask that you clean up any mess you made while using the facility. Please make sure all decorations are removed and everything has been taken out of the refrigerator/freezer.

Can I bring in food / drinks?
Yes. You may bring in food and drink for your event (only non-alcoholic beverages).

Is there a kitchen at the Active Adult Center?
Yes. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, sink and ice machine.

Do you rent the facility more than once per day?
No.

Is there any audio/visual equipment in the room for use during rentals?
No.

How far in advance can I reserve the Active Adult Center?
We do all reservations up to one year in advance.

Where do we park?
The Active Adult Center has a large parking lot as well as some street parking around the building.

Do you require a deposit to reserve the facility?
We do not require a deposit but you must pay the full amount of the rental at the time you make your reservation.
