Gym Rental FAQs
Can I bring in food/drinks?
No, you will need to rent a separate room for food/drinks.  There is no alcohol allowed.

How many people can I have at the rental?
You decide how many people you have.  Usually no more than 50 is best.

How long does the rental have to be?
We rent the gym by the hour but the minimum rental is 2 hours.

Do you provide basketball/volleyballs?
Yes

Can I bring in toys, balls, etc?
Yes.  You can bring in toys and balls but no riding toys.

Do I have access to any other part of the Rec Center?
No.  The only way you have access to another part of the facility is if you rent it.

Do I need to bring my own ice?
Yes.  We do not provide ice.

Will I have access to a kitchen?
No.  There is no kitchen access for gym rentals.

What time will the supervisor be there to let me in?
The supervisor will be there 10-15 minutes before your rental.  If you want to set up earlier, your MUST rent the gym for an additional hour.

How late can I rent the gym?
We like to finish up gym rentals no later than 11pm.

When do you rent out the gym?
We only rent the gym during times with the Franklin Cultural Arts & Recreation Center is closed to the public.  

Do you require a deposit?
We do not require a deposit when renting the gym however you must pay the full amount of the rental at the time you make your reservation.

Can I reserve it online?
Yes!

Can I have a DJ or band?
You can have a DJ or bring your own music player.
