Theater FAQs

How many people will it seat?
It will seat 80-90 people at tables with a dance floor, 100-110 people at tables without a dance floor and 250 seated lecture style.

Can I bring in food?
Yes, you can bring in food and beverages (non-alcoholic only).

Can I bring in alcohol?
No, alcohol is not allowed.

Who does the set-up?
Our staff will work with you to find out what your set-up needs are and then we will have it set for your arrival.

Can I come in early to decorate?
You need to include time to decorate in your rental time frame.

Can I have a DJ/band?
Yes. You can have a DJ, small band or bring in a CD player for music.

Is there kitchen access?
No, there is no kitchen access for the Theater.

What kind of tables do you use?
We can use the round or rectangle tables. We will work with you to figure out your needs.

Do I provide my own table cloths?
We do not have table linens.

Are there any decorating restrictions?
If you have candles, they must be in a container and confetti is not allowed.

Can I reserve it online?
Yes

Do you rent it more than once a day?
No.

How far in advance can I reserve the Theater?
We do all of our rentals up to a year in advance.

Do you require a deposit?
We do not require a deposit but you must pay the full amount of the rental at the time you make your reservation.
